Thursday went to my sister's for the day. She leaves for Hawaii for four weeks, on Saturday. Lucky duck.
Thursday night went to Jayden's school concert. Which was good and bad, as usual. His two numbers were quite entertaining. They say "I'm a believer" and "We will Rock You". They were quite energetic. I took some videos, but we were in the back row and so they are not very clear. This picture was too bad.
Today, Friday, went to pick up my hearing aid. (Which is why I am feeling old :D)

Then came home and worked on the lock again. Neil came to help and we have it on, but it wont lock. Great. Rang and the technical/sales support people will ring back on Monday. Thanks a lot.
We are supposed to get a concession on our utilities bills for winter (as pensioners). Found out today I have been getting it on my gas bill but not on my electricity. So should get four years back pay (rebate) So that should be good.

When it's lots happening it really is difficult to go back and remember what's been happening in certain day. Been there!
Are you keeping up your sister's place while she's in her trip? Four weeks is quite a long time. I'm not so keen on travelling so, I don't envy her, but I know you may want to go with her. But your own trip is coming closer and closer, too! =D
School concerts are so cute! The kids are so real and doing things at their best. Heartbreaking at times and really funny at other times. Every effort is still good.
A lot of news here in Finland lately that people doesn't check their hearing as often as they should. Hearing aids are so small, but still really effective nowardays, they shouldn't get anybody embarrassed any more. I personally feel it's more important to hear than to guess what's maybe was said. And it has actually nothing to do with age. I know a few 30 years of age that has lost their hearing in some concerts or such (music happenings) and now can live normally with hearing aids. That's great!
Wow, the rebate on electricity sounds good! Like saving money without you knowing it. :)
