Beautiful Sunday

A beautiful day today, but sorry no pictures of today.  Went to see some friends and got lost. Think I am getting senile. :0

Did try and go to the beach, but you have to pay to park and we were only going to stay a few minutes.  The beach we did find was not nice, so really did turn around and come home.  This is will Jayden.

Saturday I did get some work done in the garden, but not as much as I had hoped.  The above are the before shots, and below, I hope, are the after shots.  Hopefully you can see some difference :D

Some shots better than others.  I am having trouble with the camera as the lens doesn't always want to open.  I really think I need to get a new one.

I almost filled the wheelbarrow.

Only one spike of the cymbidium (orchid) this year.  Though the ones in the pot have a few but they haven't come out properly yet.

And on lonely little freesia survived in amongst the jungle. :)

Not much else happened today.  All full of good intentions.  School goes back tomorrow.  So hopefully get myself more organized to get things finished during school hours.

Also the friends I went to see gave me some information on the family history, so I really want to get stuck back into that.
Hope your Sunday was/is great.  Daylight saving started here today, that takes a few days to get used to.

Take care.  Love and kisses

Wow! You've really been busy in your garden! Looks so nice! All the great rocks have come into view! I like!

I thought of writting something else, too, but not possible to go back to your posting without destroying the comment I've already written, so will make another comment, if I find it necessery.

Oh, now I remember. The daylight saving. We will turn our clocks an hour backwards at the end of October. Starting days darker, but ending days in more light. And useless in the Lapland, 'cos there is starting to be night all day through...

IT is a pain with this blog. Lots of issues. Thanks about the garden, just wish I could keep it like that :)

I wondered if you had daylight saving. It is weird here because some states do and some don't.

During the winter we have 3 different time zones, and in the summer we have four.

In Australia it's a bit different, 'cos it's so much bigger than what we are here. But we mostly go by the European time, though there is several different time zones here, too. Don't really undestand all the fuss, but it's something to do with the electricity - trying to turn the clock the way most of the people is awake and uses lights... Don't really know what is the saving for an hour anyway...

I must admit here it is nice to have daylight savings. Nice to be able to go for a walk or work in the garden, after tea, when it has been too hot to do anything during the day.
