Sent my elder son a terse email earlier in the week. Didn't get a response for a couple of days, but he finally rang and organized to come to see me. I haven't seen any of them since I came home. Presents were here, as we would say, burning a hole in my pocket :D
This is Jake. I went to a friend's for lunch and Jake was asleep in his bed. You almost couldn't see him, but when I tried to take a photo, he lifted his head, but still cute. He is thirteen, so almost an old man :D
Picked Jay up from school and took to his dad's for the weekend. Rushed home to greet my visitors who arrived only minutes later. Was so good to see the boys, and finally got to take a photo of them together. Sam, the elder and Max. Both cute boys. They took home my book on the Moomin stories. Started reading it before they left. Was more interesting that my trip photos =D
They both play basketball too, or rather Max plays what we call miniball. Not sure what that entails, but am going to watch Sam tomorrow. Usually sleep in when Jay is not here, but his game is at 8am. The sacrifices we grandparents make. :D
Alex paid me for last month, and it more than covered my new purchase. So all is good with the world.
Hugs and kisses....................sending good luck your way too.

Ha, we have similar saying, but our hole is coming to a drawer. Pocket is more personal somehow, though! ;)
How cute is Jake! What a liquorice button eyes! Cuddly face, indeed! Though oldish gentleman may not like strangers hugging themselves...
Sam and Max are also really cute and handsome - as is Jay, too. All your grandchildren are really gorgeous! Heartbreakers. <3
Miniball sounds interesting. Nothing like that here, I think. At least never heard. Games are starting early there, has to be anxious players and their parents - most games here starts at 10 at the earliest (not so serious).
Looking forward to hearing you have received the purchase!
Hugs and kisses back! <3
Funny how some sayings are so similiar :D
Good that you were able to comment.
I think they are all gorgeous, my grandchildren that is!!
Not sure what the miniball is, but is for under 7 I think, so maybe rules are not so hard. Lots of children playing basketball, therefore to fit them all in, the early start. Not good for me :(
Will let you know as soon as the necklace arrives.
