Been very busy, doing a lot of nothing, it seems some times. Been trying to knit a cardigan/jacket for my mother-in-law. Supposed to be for Mother's Day but will be a bit late, have only just finished the back.
Then today, I have made a cheese cake to take with me tomorrow night to the meeting. Jenny provides a beautiful roast dinner, and I promised to make the cheese cake this month.
Used chocolate biscuits for the base and grated chocolate on the top. Hope it is ok. The cheesecake itself is lemon.
Last night we went out for tea for Shaun's 40th birthday. I am so mad at myself for not taking photos, because the food was really wonderful. I just managed this one.
This was mine half way through, and one of the best cabonara's I have had. I had the left-overs tonight for tea, and it was still yummy. :)
Not a very good photo of young Sam, and Max is pulling a bit of a face, but I think the best of the lot.
I came home on Saturday after watching the football on Tv. )Sometime when our games are played in other cities, it is only broadcast on pay-Tv which I refuse to pay for. :D ) I found that Erin had been for a visit and left this wonderful cage for Mitch, for outside.
He seems quite happy in it, but Erin tell me as it is metal, it can get hot in the summer so might have to either get some shade, or move it in the hot weather. It is on wheels, so shouldn't be a problem.
Demi on the sofa, as I was sitting in her chair. ")
And Cinders was hiding under the kitchen table, so Demi couldn't find her :D
Hope you have a great week.

Ha, once again I try to comment (been trying at least four times before). The link of commenting was also missing a couple of times, so couldn't even try... Blogs.
The pattern you've used for cardigan looks nice - stylish! =D You've been quite ambitious with your timetable for making it though! You have a great 'handwritting' in your knitting, so smooth.
And the cheese cake looks really delicious! Sure it tasted good!
I feel this Spring has been full of different celebrations, week after week - and still continues. Birthdays and parties and graduations etc. When it ends it's already Mid-summer. =D But it's great to see friends and relatives, so no complaints! Would like to have some extra money though...
The photo of you with older and younger boys looks great! I love your eyes that are always smiling! <3
And what a great cage for Mitch! Wheels are good invention, aren't they? Mitch also looks quite happy in there. My sister had some similar one at their yard (without wheels, though), but they had some trees that gave shade to the cage. Now they don't have bunnies any more, changed them into guineapigs some time ago as I may have mentioned earlier. Allergy.
I really like the colours on Demi. She looks so cute! And Cinders looks a lot like Mustis with long hair. =D Safe under the table.
So, it's Monday again and the start of the new week. Let's see what we'll make out of this one! =D
With lots of hugs and kisses!
Hugs and kisses back. Think it will be a busy week here too.
Having Mitch in the cage makes it so much easier to go out at night, don't have to worry about getting him inside. I bring him in at night as it is getting colder.
Cheesecake was delicious..........if I do say so myself. ;)
