Presents - lovely.

My sister and my two nieces, and their daughters came over on Saturday to give me a present for my birthday.  We don't usually give presents, but as it was my 70th they decided I needed spoiling.

From Tiffany's no less. Amazing.  First the big bag, then the little bag, then the box, then the pouch
and then ................the earrings.   Not sure the photo does them justice.

This is maybe a bit better.  Very lucky girl.

Except I wore them on Tuesday and one of the back came off.  Luckily didn't lose the earring, just the back.

Joan gave me this, which is rose gold.  I have to admit I chose it myself.
and this jigsaw which doesn't come out very well, but is 3000 pieces, will take forever I think.

Margaret who was teaching here bought me these flowers.

 Pauline bought me these.
Unfortunately, we couldn't get a good shot of these sand sculptures from the hotel and didn't have time to go in and see them.  Also the rain had damaged some and there were repairs going on.

My ex-daughter-in-law was 40 the day before my birthday and she invited me to her party.  I know she loves my cheese cake so took one around for her.

Keep well, hope you didn't come down with any nasties.  Hugs and kisses.

Wow! Great presents and flowers you've got! =D Sorry, seems like my present is on the way still. Sent it at the begining of the week one, so should be there any day now.

Will be all the more special when it does arrive :)

You'll tell me when you get the package, won't you? A bit worried for it taking so long this time. Have to start asking about it from the mail office soon, if it's not coming in a day or two... I so hope it's not lost anywhere.

Didn't get the package insured, 'cos all the other mails have gone so nicely through - would've doubled the price... Or then it's just really snail-mail as I remember you calling it earlier.

Will most certainly let you know. But we do have a public holiday tomorrow (Wednesday) so no mail now until Thursday.

This is a very slow snail :)
