Only two more sleeps.

Jay will be home on Wednesday,  I have enjoyed the rest, but am missing him lots.  Feeling a bit lost.
So much so that I was able to finally finish this jigsaw.  Thought the easiest way to take the photo was put it on the floor.  Didn't realize my toes got in the shot :)   I got to the last piece and it didn't fit.  Ooops.  Took a few minutes but finally found the piece that was in the wrong spot.  Not far from where it belonged, but made all the difference.

Joan and I went to the cricket last week.  This is a short version of the game, so nice and quick and free scoring.  Also lots of drama, with music and as you can see below when they score   4 or a 6 runs, which means hit to the boundary for a 4 and a hit over the boundary for a 6, then they light up the gas burners.  Very effective.  Tried to get it on video but couldn't time it right.
Started a new jigsaw today.  Also did some housework, and started to sort out some old clothes to recycle.  Some are too big and some are just too dated.  Hard for me to throw things out though.  ;)

Keep forgetting to take some photos of Ro's new flat, will try and remember next time.  Going out for lunch tomorrow which will be nice.

Keep well.  Lots of hugs and kisses.

Now it's only one sleep to Jay's homecoming! :D

How beautiful jigsaw was this latest of yours! Are you ever glueing them and hang on to the wall? It is frustrating to find the last piece unfit to the last empty space. Also happened to me once or twice. Lucky you found the proper one to make the swap (I haven't always).

We've been trying to recycle our clothes, too, but we doesn't seem to get our organized boxes that are full of clothes anywhere that could actually use them. Our recycling trunks has so small hatches that the boxes won't fit in and I don't want to get washed, ironed and neatly folded clothes out of them either. All my hard work would we in vain if I did that. Well, maybe some day, somewhere...

Take care, you too! =D

Some of our charities actually come and pick up items including clothing and furniture. But we do live in the city so that probably makes it easier. Lots of different charities and shops here that just sell recycled clothes, and you can take things there too.
