Went to the hotel for tea, for Sam's birthday tonight. Tried to take some photos of the food we ate, but they were all blurred. Sorry. this was my dinner which was fish (hake) and chips.

Then on the way home took some Christmas lights. We dont have a lot, but they are becoming more popular. I dont have any, they are fairly expensive and a lot of work to put up. Some came out ok, but the others are a bit blurred again, maybe because of the fact the lights are flashing.

Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a safe and happy 2010. Lots of love.

Looks nice! It's always difficult to take a shot in a dim light. A lot of outside lights there, too - it looks a lot like in USA. I like a bit of light in the night, but mostly a live light - candles, I mean. But when nicely done, also electrical ones are beautiful, though expensive.

A bit strange to see how dark your nights are, though you have hot season going on. Here in Finland we have so light nights naturally at summers, we don't have dark time at all. You really should experience that some day (and night). =oD

Yes it would be very different and I really would like to come visit. But travel is not cheap. Do you see the Northern Lights. We cant see the Aurora Australis as we are too far away.

Unfortunately, we are becoming very Americanized in too many ways. Why is it that some many countries have to adopt their ways?
