Then I have tried to get a good photo of the bougainvillea climbing over my roof. Unfortunately it is very close to the next door neighbour so cant get close enough to take a good shot. Tried to zoom in but didn't work.
I think I have finally worked out how to work this blog. If I upload the photos first then put in the text it is much less hassle.
I am feeling a bit better today, though still a bit tired. I have cleaned the house so that might explain it. Also a few family hassles. We have my ex-husband's family Christmas day tomorrow. It is at my mother-in-law's unit. She lives in Lara which is near Geelong (which is the biggest town outside Melbourne) and about and hour and a half drive from here.

Wow! Your garden flowers looks SO great! I never knew the flowers in one plant can change their colour like that. We have an old little cottage near one of our walking trips with dogs and in the yard there is a really old rhodo witch is different colour every year, but same colour at one time still. It's been dark pink, lila, blue, light pink. That bush is without care, so it must be something to do with weathers, I think.
Hope you had a great time yesterday!
With the hydrangeas it is to do with the soil. If you put rusty metal like old nails you can make it bluer. But the soil has to be lime free I think to go blue. Copper adds blue too. With the Rhodo's you are probably right about the weather. I am not much of a gardener. If it survives, good luck to it. :-)
Came to see your summerly photos again. So different from our views at the moment. =oD Take care!
