Really didn't do much this weekend. Did some knitting. Another coat hanger, as still having trouble getting my vest right, so decided to have a break.
Football on Saturday, so Jay stayed over on Friday night.
Sunday went shopping and bought the cable, but not working very well.
Did manage to download 6 of the 25 or so photos, all of Ethan. :)
I persevered and I did it, but don't ask me how =D
This was Jay with the new hat I bought him for the football.
I think I told you I went out for lunch a month or so ago and this was the pie I had for lunch.
The pear tart for desert
and the hot chocolate. Lovely silvery cups.
It was at an art gallery and we weren't supposed to take photos. But couldn't resist the view from the window. =D
This was the sky tonight taken with my phone.
The same sky with the camera. Amazing the difference in the colouring.
Some jonquils flowering in the garden.
The magnolia about to bloom. This one looks like it has a bonnet on. :)
This one has shed its coat.
Found out today, that now my computer is kaput. The power pack as died and Max tried several others and can't get it to work, so he is hoping to put the hard drive in another machine so I can retrieve anything I haven't backed up. Also some of my programmes. Keep your fingers crossed or what ever the saying you have is, I have forgotten, even though I remember you telling me I and thought it was a lovely saying.
Always something isn't there. Time for bed. Mitch is inside for a change so can go and sleep peacefully.
Be well!
PS. So sad what has happened in Norway. My heart goes out to all those who have lost loved ones.

Loads to comment about, hopefully I'll remember even half of it. =D
Sometimes it's good to take a break on some work, if it doesn't seem to go by as wanted. May need to get rid of some block in the brain to be able to try something a bit differently afterwards. Been there, believe me! ;)
Your football partner is so cute! Jay seems to enjoy the games at least as much as you do! =D
Pie and pear tart looks SO delicious - and the hot chocolate from the silverly cup beautiful and was tasty, too, I suppose. I'm also planning some out of the ordinary set of dishes for our competition dinner next Sunday. Makes the occation a bit more special. Though it's not supposed to be any partylike dinner anyways. Have to get the dishes out from the storage on Saturday so that I can wash them first. =D
The window you got the photo from the art gallery looks like one of the arts itself. Wonderful.
I've noticed the colour variation depending on the camera you use. Phone, old digi or new digi. There may be a lot of difference. But that makes the photoing interresting as well.
How lovely the jonquils in your garden looks! And soon you'll have beautiful magnolia flowers there, too. Remember to take a photo out of them, too, when the time comes, please!
Our daughter's computer has a broken power supply and she already got one new, but it wasn't suitable in the end. Now we are waiting for another one. Luckily our son is quite smart with these technical equipments and handles more than usual amout of fixing skills. ;) Comes handy at times.
The shooting and the bomb in Norway was really terrible. And the man who's responsible for everything doesn't seem to regret anything in his actions, that's unbelievable. How cruel a man can be? Not a safe world, is it?
But we just have to hope there's not more of these coming. His manifestation is in the internet and many people are reading it, but I want to boycott it totally. He wanted attention to his thoughts and I don't want to give it to him. I'm so sorry for the victims and their families and friends. But life goes on.
Take care and be well!
Love and kisses!
Some people have their daffodils out already but mine have a long way to go.
Only able to access the internet via Google Chrome, but will try the other providers again later.
Not sure I like this keyboard as it has extra keys and I keep hitting he wrong ones :)
I agree about the boycott.
Would you son like a holiday in Australia =D Free food and accomodation in exchange for setting up my computer. (have to pay his own fares though :0 )
