Been a beautiful day so decided to do some gardening.
The blue flower is a type of iris. I think they are called bearded irises.
Then a fuschia, not sure what the name of this one is but could be called a ballerina.
The lilacs are kindly donated by the next door neighbour. Hope she doesnt mind me taking their picture.
Next is the flower from the Monsteria Deliciosa. A tropical plant which has taken nicely in my garden. Apparently inside the flower is a fruit, but I haven't been game to try it.
This is a sympidium (Orchid) I think that is how it is spelt. I have planted in the ground which I was told was a no no. Seems to like it though.
This below is a water iris. The colour hasnt come out very well and it is a bit redder than the photo shows.

Funny to see many of our indoor plants or only one year lasting flowers growing so beautifully there. Nice garden you have!
But you have some lovely flowers there too, and I cant grow flowers inside, I think I either dont water them enough or I water them too much
I have found the plants that grows in my care. I forget watering totally for a long time, and when all the plants are drooping dry, I start giving them water again. And up they go and continue growing... Too sensitive plants are long gone. I give them shower a few times a year and collect the yellow leafs out and that's it.
You must have a green thumb as they say here. :-)
I like plants and flowers, but not many of them likes my care. What I have is a result of a long learning process. We also have "a green thumb" here if someone seems easily to grow plants (inside or in a garden). As we have also "the flour thumb" if you are good in baking - like our daughter is.
Flour thumb is new to me. You are a good cook or a bad one (like me).
It is interesting how different places have different sayings. Sorry nothing much to report.
