Garden day

Finally found time for the garden, when the weather was ok.  The redhot pokers are out and quite colourful.
The lemon tree is laden with fruit, and I had already pick quite a few.
Discovered that the cyclamen that I thought was lost suddenly has flowered.
Camellia time too, this one is beautiful.
The begonias have really loved all the rain and have grown heaps since I put them in.  Not sure if it was last year, but I think so.
This tiny bush will be lovely when it is a bit bigger, the flowers are very pretty.
The lillipilli is laden with fruit too.  They say you can make jam, but not sure how it would taste.
As you can see here, it is quite a large tree.  The berries are every where and I still haven't swept the path so I don't slip on them :D

But as you can see it was a beautiful day.  Planted all the tulips and daffodils, some hyacinths and freesias too.  Hope I am not too late for this year.
And this is all that is left after my resident pruning machine had finished with it.    Dear sweet Mitch.  Just hope it will be all the better for the pruning.

Work today, and minding Liam and Ethan tomorrow for a little while, that will be nice.

Am going to a pilates class in the morning.  Not sure what it all involves, but hope to get a bit fitter.

Hope all is well, and the migraine has gone, or better still didn't arrived.

Hugs and kisses   <3 <3 <3

And again I did it; tried to comment in Firefox - and got the edit box empty when publishing... :/ When do I start to remember?

My, how cute the redhot pokers are! Colourful and big. Nothing like that is seen here, not as outside or inside plants.

I grow a lemon tree (or two actually) in the window or our livingroom, but those grow really slowly here. Great to see so much fruit in a tree!

Cyclamen are seasonal here, too, inside. I've got some from friends, but after the flowering they just die. Looking good only a short time. So funny to see them growing in the garden. =)

Camellias and begonias are nice, too. Easy to the eye! Beautiful.

Lillipilli is something I haven't even heard before. Looks a bit like our rowans, but we have them only in red colour. Bit sour by taste, if used alone, but tasty with strawberry or raspberry - and really healthy.

Some plants like pruning. I let my cats "caring" some of my inside plants and those are growing more and stronger branches. Lets hope your's, too.

Energy for you to mind kids and especially for the pilates. =D

My migraine went to the background. Medicine made my head feel really heavy and a bit blurry, but I'm ok. This is not the really difficult one, luckily! And now it's not sunny any more; raining actually (surprise!), so that's easier on the eyes, too.

Hugs and kisses back!

My lime tree is laden with fruit too. Cyclamens grow both in pots and in the ground here, which is good as I am not good with them in the pot. :D

Glad your migraine went. Haven't been back to pilates, will think about next week.
